T3 Performance Golf Instruction Program: 

Five (5) lesson credits over the course of one month

Lessons will be at The Sports Farm or on course, depending on player needs

 - Real time player evaluation

 - Personalized Player Reports, Practice Plans, Statistical Analysis

 - Fundamental Instruction (Putting, Chipping, Wedges, Full Swing)

 - Mental Game Help (Routine and Self Talk)

 - Course Management/ Decision Making Assistance
